We begin with specific facts: what happened, what information was involved, who had access, and what remains unknown. An unusual event or workplace disagreement alone does not establish an insider threat.

What does the work involve?

Depending on the assignment, work may include reviewing reported incidents, examining information-handling practices, researching relevant records, and identifying weaknesses in operational security.

We distinguish documented facts from assumptions and consider alternative explanations. If a concern calls for surveillance, a technical inspection, or another specialized service, we discuss that scope separately before proceeding.
