Owner Mike Lowery brings 22 years of U.S. Army counterintelligence experience to reviewing information, following leads, and documenting findings. We work with clearly defined objectives so the investigation addresses the questions that matter to your case.

How can we support your case?

Assignments may include witness locates, interviews and statements, background and public-record research, and surveillance relevant to civil disputes or family matters.

Whether you need help locating someone with firsthand knowledge, examining conflicting accounts, or documenting activity related to a custody concern, we establish the scope before beginning. When you are represented by an attorney, we coordinate investigative objectives and documentation needs with your legal team as authorized.

Our responsibility is to document the facts objectively, including findings that do not support the original concern.

What will you receive?

You receive a written report explaining the work completed, relevant findings, and any limitations or unanswered questions. Supporting material may include records, statements, photographs, or video obtained during the assignment.

We distinguish direct observations from information provided by others and identify relevant sources. Active surveillance assignments include daily updates; communication for other investigative work is agreed upon at the outset.

Share any deadlines or specific reporting requirements before work begins. Your attorney determines how the findings may be used and whether additional investigation is appropriate.

How much does legal investigative support cost?

Legal and civil investigative support starts at $100 per hour. We provide an estimate based on the research, interviews, travel, and other work required.

Surveillance is priced separately at $900 per day for up to eight consecutive hours with one investigator. That includes daily updates, a written report, and timestamped photographs and video of activity captured. Travel, additional hours, and additional personnel are quoted separately.

Timing depends on record availability, scheduling, and the ability to locate or reach relevant individuals. We discuss the proposed scope, anticipated expenses, and deliverables before beginning.
